Graham is best known for his 15 year spell as manager of
Kidderminster Harriers and later following Steve Cotterill into the Cheltenham
Town hot seat after they gained promotion into League One.
As a player he started out at Walsall as a goal scoring left
winger, where he won England Youth caps before a successful non league career
was cut short by injury at 30.
He cut his managerial teeth initially as Assistant Manager of
Cheltenham Town, before leading AP Leamington to the Southern League title at
the first attempt following relegation from the then Alliance Premier
League,
In a dual role as both General and Football Manager he built
Kidderminster into a major Conference force, guiding them to the Conference
title, three Wembley finals and a fifth round FA Cup tie against Premiership
West Ham United, while developing a youth policy that supplied many players
into the Football League and produced a profit in excess of
£1million.
After leaving Kidderminster he joined Cheltenham as coach
following a short spell in charge of Worcester City and when Steve Cotterill
left to join Stoke City was appointed Manager. At Whaddon Road he met and
worked with Managing Director Derek Bragg, developing a relationship that
eventually led to his appointment with The Scouting Network.
